A Kenyan native, Amos has been successful in leading business and development projects for Fortune 500 companies in the United States. He was also an Equity Partner at Asset Management Group, an acquisitions and development company, for six years.

Amos has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He also earned YMCA Director Certification through the YMCA of the USA. Amos is currently a professional member of the American Camping Association and serves as a member of the American Camping Association Accreditation and Standards team.

Ceann Design's co-founder, Steve McLeod, was also born and educated in Wanganui, New Zealand. He earned his Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design (Hons) from the Wanganui School of Design and Waikato University.

Steve has spent the most part of four years working in the New Zealand, Kenya and the United States. He also spent that time travelling through various parts of Asia, Europe and North America. During his time working in New York he held the position of international placement director at ICCP and also worked as a graphic designer. In addition he has several years project and production management experience working in web, multimedia and video.
